The suite was on top of the pub, which was open until 2 am. Not really a nice place to sleep. On the other side of the hotel was a kebab restaurant open until 4 am, with running motors of cars and other noise on the street

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us warm mince pies and mulled wine on our arrival. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the Christmas markets and ice rink. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby area, perfect for warming up after a chilly day out.

While the hotel had a lot of charm, some areas were in need of updating. The carpets in the corridors were worn and stained and the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim.
